This policy explains when and how you can return a product bought on iphoneaccessories.in, and how refunds work. We keep it simple: if something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we will make it right.

7-Day Replacement Guarantee

If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including any charges you paid.

How to raise a return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery by email at contact@iphoneaccessories.in or on WhatsApp at +91 63510 76870.
  2. Share your order number and clear photos (or a short video) of the product and packaging showing the issue.
  3. Our team will confirm the claim and arrange the replacement or refund. If the product needs to be sent back, we will guide you through the pickup or return process at no cost to you.

What is not covered

  • Change of mind after delivery, or ordering the wrong model for your device. Please check the compatibility stated on each product page before ordering.
  • Damage caused after delivery, including drops, liquid damage and normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without their original packaging, accessories or tags, where these were part of the delivery.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled; if you no longer want it, you may refuse the delivery and we will refund you once the parcel reaches back to our fulfilment centre and is verified.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through our payment partner Razorpay. Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of approval and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Brand warranty

Where a brand offers its own warranty on a product, warranty claims after the 7-day window are handled as per that brand’s warranty terms. We are happy to help you with the process.
