2. Products and authenticity

We sell genuine phone accessories sourced directly from the official brands we carry. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour and finish can occur between screens and batches. Please check the device compatibility stated on each product page before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. Prices and offers can change at any time without notice; the price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). All orders are prepaid; we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. A GST invoice is issued for every order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when the order is confirmed and dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address; if payment was taken, it will be fully refunded.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship only within India. Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment as described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
