This Privacy & Security Policy is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, together with the provisions relating to electronic records in other statutes as amended by that Act. It is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature.

This document is a binding agreement between YSRETAIL Commerce LLP, which owns and operates the website iphoneaccessories.in (“we”, “us”, “our”, “iPhoneAccessories”), and you, the person visiting or buying from the site (“you”, “your”). We handle personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules framed under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to your information being collected and used as described here. If you do not agree with it, please do not use this website.

Our position on your data is simple, and we will say it plainly at the start: we collect what we need to sell you our product and get it to your door. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties so they can market to you.

Collection of Personal Information

You can browse most of iphoneaccessories.in without telling us anything about yourself. You will need to give us information at the point where you create an account, place an order, or contact us for help.

Information you give us

Payment information

We do not collect, see or store your card, UPI or net-banking details. When you pay, you are handed over to our payment gateway, Razor Pay, which processes the transaction on its own PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. What comes back to us is confirmation that the payment succeeded or failed, along with a reference number and the billing address on record. Your card number never touches our servers.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies – small files stored by your browser – to make the site work and to understand how it is used. In our case they do things like: keep the items in your cart while you shop, keep you logged in as you move between pages, remember your wishlist, and tell us which products and pages people actually look at.

Most browsers accept cookies by default and you can change that in your browser settings. You are free to block or delete them, but be aware that our cart, login and checkout depend on cookies and will not work properly if they are disabled.

We also plan to use the Meta Pixel, an advertising tag provided by Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Use of Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes and no others:

To fulfil your order. Processing payment, generating your invoice, passing your delivery details to our fulfilment and courier partners, and keeping you updated on dispatch and delivery.

To support you after the sale. Handling questions, replacement claims, warranty queries, refunds and cancellations. The unboxing video and photographs you send us for a damage claim are used to assess that claim and, where necessary, to raise it with our fulfilment or courier partner.

To meet our legal obligations. Issuing GST invoices and retaining transaction records as tax, company and consumer law require.

To run and improve the site. Understanding which products people search for, where visitors drop off during checkout, and which pages are slow or broken. This analysis is done on aggregated data, not on you individually.

To protect the site and our customers. Detecting fraudulent orders, payment fraud, and abuse of our returns or promotional offers.

To send you service messages. Order confirmations, dispatch and delivery notifications, replies to your queries, and notices about changes to our terms or this policy. These are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while you have an active order with us.

To send you offers – only if you ask for them. Promotional emails, WhatsApp broadcasts or SMS about new arrivals, discounts and sales are sent only where you have opted in. Every such message carries a way to opt out, and you can also write to us at contact@iphoneaccessories.in to be removed.

Disclosure to Third Parties

To run an online store we have to pass certain information to the partners who deliver parts of the service. We share the minimum needed, and only for the purpose stated:

• it is necessary to enforce our Terms & Conditions or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our staff or the public;
• the business is reorganised, merged, sold or acquired, in whole or in part – in which case customer records may transfer to the acquiring entity, which will remain bound by commitments no weaker than those in this policy. We will notify you if that happens and if the new entity intends to use your data differently.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us:

• The entire site runs over HTTPS with SSL encryption, so data travelling between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit.
• Payment data bypasses us entirely. It is captured and processed by our payment gateway on its own systems, so there is no stored card data on our side to be compromised.
• Access to customer records in our admin panel is limited to the people who need it to process orders and handle support, and is protected by individual accounts and passwords.
• Our website software, themes and plugins are kept updated to close known security holes.

We follow reasonable security practices and procedures as contemplated by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. That said, we will not pretend otherwise: no system connected to the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that transmission of data to our site is immune from interception, and you send it at your own risk. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will inform you and the relevant authority as required by law.

You have a part in this too. Please choose a strong, unique password for your account, do not share it, and tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed your account. We will never call, email or message you asking for your password, your full card number, your CVV or an OTP. Anyone who does is not us.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time, and the current version will always be the one published on this page with its revision date at the top. Where a change materially affects how we use your information, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or through a notice on the site. Continuing to use iphoneaccessories.in after a change means you accept the revised policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
